TERMS OF SERVICE
Agreement to Terms
You agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") by using or accessing ShoppingFeed.Ai ("the Application" or "the Service"). You can't use or access the Application if you don't agree with any portion of these Terms.
Description of the Service ShoppingFeed.Ai is a Shopify app that
- Syncs product information from your Shopify store
- Makes product feeds that are optimized for AI in many formats, such as NDJSON, JSON, and AI Manifest- Helps AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and others find your products.
- Lets you track and analyze how well your broadcast is doing
- Allows store domain URLs to work with App Proxy
Eligibility Criteria
You have to:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Own a real Shopify store- Have the power to make your business follow these Terms
- Follow all rules and legislation that apply to you
Registering for an Account
- When you install the program, you need to give correct and complete information.
- You are in charge of keeping your account safe.
- You must tell us right away if somebody gets in without permission.
- You are in charge of everything that happens with your account
Acceptable Use You agree to only use the Application for legal reasons and in compliance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Break any laws or rules that apply
- Violate the rights of intellectual property
- Send malicious programs, viruses, or malware
- Try to get into the Application without permission
- Use the app to bother or spam other people
- Lie about who you are or what group you belong to
- Mess with or stop the Application or servers- Use automated systems to get into the Application without authorization
Information and Data about the Product
Your Stuff
- You still own all of the product data and material you give us.
- You give us permission to use, process, and show your content in order to provide the Service.
- You are in charge of making sure you have the rights to all the content you give us
- You promise that your content doesn't break the rights of other people
Our Stuff
- Great White Capital LLC owns the Application, which includes its design, features, and how it works.
- You can't duplicate, change, or make derivative works without permission.
- You can't try to reverse engineer or get source code out of it.
Availability of Service
- We do our best to keep our services available, but we can't promise that they will always be available.
- We may do maintenance that makes services unavailable for a short time.
- We have the right to change or remove features with sufficient notice.
- We are not responsible for any downtime or service outages.
Fees and Payment
ShoppingFeed right now.Ai is available for free. We have the right to:
- Add premium features or plans in the future t $9.99/month
- Give 30 days' notice before changing prices
- Stop offering free service with enough warning
You will be told ahead of time if paid plans are added, and you can choose to upgrade or stop using the service.
Data and Privacy
- Our Privacy Policy also covers how you use the Application
- We handle your information in line with our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for making sure that your use of the data follows all relevant data protection regulations.
- You give us permission to use product data to provide the Service
Intellectual Property
Your Ideas and Creations
- You still own all of your product data, shop content, and branding.
- We don't say we own your stuff.
Our Ideas and Creations
- Copyright and other intellectual property laws safeguard the Application, which includes software, design, and documentation.Great White Capital LLC owns the trademarks for "ShoppingFeed.Ai" and other related terms.
- You can't utilize our trademarks without our written consent.
Putting AI Platforms Together
- AI platforms may find and index product feeds that are made available to them.
- We can't regulate how AI platforms use or show your product information.- AI systems might crawl, index, and use your product data in ways that work for them.
- You are in charge of making sure that the information about your product is correct and follows the rules.
THE APPLICATION IS GIVEN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPLICIT OR IMPLICIT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- WARRANTIES OF MERCHANDISE- FIT FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE
- NO INFRINGEMENT- THE RESULTS' ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY
We don't promise that:- The Application will work without stopping or making mistakes
- Problems will be fixed- The application doesn't have any viruses or other hazardous parts.
Limitation of Liability
WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW FOR:
- DAMAGES THAT ARE INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE
- LOSSES OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS
- DAMAGES THAT COME FROM USING OR NOT BEING ABLE TO USE THE APPLICATION
- DAMAGES THAT COME FROM AI PLATFORM USING YOUR PRODUCT DATA
We will only be responsible for the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if the Service is free).
Indemnification
You promise to protect Great White Capital LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs (including legal fees) that come up because of:
- Your usage of the App
- You broke these Terms
- You are breaking the rights of a third party- Your product or content information
Ending
By You- You can uninstall the app from your Shopify admin at any time.
- Uninstalling will stop data processing, however our Privacy Policy says that some data may still be kept.
- You break these Terms- You do things that are illegal or dishonest
- Required by law or a court order- You don't pay the fees that apply (if any)
When the job ends:- You won't be able to use the Application anymore
- Our Privacy Policy says that we can delete or keep your data.
- Provisions that should stay in effect after termination will do so
Changes to the Terms
We can change these Terms at any moment. We will let you know about important updates by:
- Putting the new Terms on this page
- Changing the date that says "Last Updated"- Sending an email to let people know about big changes
You agree to the changes by continuing to use them. You must cease using the Application if you don't agree with the modifications.
Governing Law The laws of the State of Florida, United States, will apply to these Terms, even if they contradict with other laws. The courts of Broward County, Florida, will settle any disagreements.
How to Settle a Dispute
- Informal Resolution: Email us at support@shoppingfeed.AI to help people settle disagreements without going to court
- Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution doesn't work, the American Arbitration Association's rules will be used to settle disputes through binding arbitration.
- Class Action Waiver: You give up your right to join class action lawsuits.
Separation
If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest of the Terms will still be in effect.
The Whole Deal
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the only things that you and Great White Capital LLC agree on about the Application.
